Eric Davis

Born in South Sid, where he spent his childhood, the eldest son of an afro-american family with 8 children, Eric Davis is the example of the American teenager who overcame prejudices and who proved a true innate sense of business. At the age of 18, Eric Davis was hired by the highly recognized security company Allied Barton. After a short period of time, he was promoted to manager. In this position he was responsible of overseeing three hundred employees, managers and supervisors. After fourteen years of dedicated service, he left this position in order to pursue his own business in real estate. He successfully developed two Caldwell Companies on Long Island. The companies had a rising turnover every year. Eric soon expanded his business by incorporating a mortgage company. In a short period of time, he successfully opened ten branches with custom capital, and became one of the regional directors.
Ambitious, courageous, and continually showing an innate sense for the business world, Eric was able to successfully start businesses for both himself and his clients. He focused on an upscale cliental and the ability to cater to their every need.

For example, Eric created a successful clothing line for a client. Bella Honey is a clothing line based on regional fashion. The company has a distribution deal with a million dollar turnover.
Furthermore, Eric Davis was the owner of the distribution company, Mastermind Entertainment, which placed over twenty four brand names in stores such as Wal-Mart.
Eric is a model player the urban market, having made many successful investments which have led to much reward for himself, as well as his clients. His experience in a high end consumer market allows him to have an edge over those with less knowledge of the field.
